Delicious food and wonderfully friendly owners!Came here to try their crayfish which was sadly not on the menu at the time so instead we tried the peri peri chicken livers and the mussels in creamy sauce - so good!We came back the next day to try their fish and chips which were just as amazing.

Ordered hake and rice - got wrong order of crumbed calamari and rice.The store was quiet as it was nearly closing when the order was placed - so no excuse for getting a order wrong.Food was ok not worth the rave - would rather look around the area at other restaurants/ takeaways than being disappointed.If the store was more attentive and customer focused it would have been a better experience.

Proper fish and chips - the freshest fish I have tasted since we moved here. Definitely going back to try more from the menu.

My Favourite Lunch Spot!All food is surprising good but try the Ribs, Prego rolls, fish and chips and the Fish Burger (This is my personal addiction.)

Fantastic food for a good price. Fish burger came with onion rings and hand cut fries. Tables are outside on the walkway. The perfect place for a quick bite.

Placed order for chicken, expecting authentic Portuguese flavours, received tikka flavour instead. Ordered prawn rissoles, not prawn flavoured sauce rissoles. Disappointed overall.

Had lunch here yesterday and it was a 50/50 for me. The prawn and calamari with savory rice was delicious. However, the prawns were half meat in a shell. So we received 7 prawns on our combo platter but of the 7, two of them were filled with half meat. They butterfly prawns to give you a picture and on the one side there was nothing and on the side it had the prawn meat.The chicken was burnt and I think the owner knows that they burnt it as he turned it upside down and explained that it was made crispy. We only saw when we turned it around to eat it was badly burnt. We reproved the skin but then we for me something was not right with the chicken. The meat was not soft and tender. It had blueish pieces and either it was cooked from frozen or the thawing process was doen hurriedly caused the meat to cook that tough. I know soft, tender juicy chicken and that was not it. So I did not complain even tho we sat down to eat. To be honest I did not want to get into it as we waited long enough for the food close to 45 1minutes and then I just felt it would be pointless. My husband was polite and he complimented everything. Like I said prawns, rice and calamari lively. Chicken and chips had a problem which was disappointing. Chips slightly under cooked and chicken overcooked and badly burnt, or not thawed out so it cooks tough and stringy. The chefs will know.
