Do you want a slap in the face when supporting local, look no further.Rude ownerSuch a attitudeNeglects customer care and attention and just tells them waitThen gives such low comments as he is walking away.Cant face the situationThen blames customerDoesnt even have any reapect to pass me the machine for payment.Cant appologize for being a rude retail employeeThen lets start with storeHardly any stockRequested stock would have been there in a week, when i asked to leave number he wasnt lus to take it. Then 2 weeks no call ni stock nothingAbsolutely worst.If you looking to be slapped in the face then Brians hobby is for you

Emailed the store's owner (Brian Martin, [email protected]) emails on 14 July, 21 July and 12 August - still awaiting a response...Sent him a message on Facebook Messenger on 22 September - still no response.Finally sent him an SMS on 1 Oct - still no reply.After many years of supporting the store, I'll shop elsewhere in future.

All motors are air cooled. No water needed. All you need to maintain and be able to enjoy the hobby. Nitro fuel and a generator. Al spares and lots more to choose from. Knowledge on know how and info needed are for free , .

Sent 3 emails to the owner but to date no response. Now see that the store is closed - only opening next Thursday. What's up with this???? Was planning to go there on the weekend when visiting PE, but looks like the store won't be open.

This used to be the best store for any hobby related buys or talks. It was a welcoming environment. However recently Owner doesnt offer any customer support, retail ethics or a good attitude for that matter.Sad that this why businesses dont last PE. I would avoid in my opinion
