Initial appointment at our home was cancelled at short notice.Even though we bought a stove that was in stock it took weeks for delivery to happen after payment was received.Calore took responsibility for fitting and commissioning the stove. Again this took weeks and the appointed day was cancelled. It was only installed weeks later after a persuasive call to the fitter.Not a customer friendly experience.

I recently purchased a Kamado Jan XL let me start by saying it comes in a very well packed cardboard box, on assembling the stand I noted that one of the welding spots had not taken.I called Clorissa Laxton sent her a pic of the welding error and within a couple of hours Clorissa had sorted out the problem, two very efficient guys arrived with a brand new preassembled stand, they removed the faulty stand and replaced it with the new stand.Overall I found the interaction with the Calore team very pleasant.great service well done guys.regards,Steve Baleson

Bad bad bad! I have had a very bad experience with the shop. I paid a deposit in February 2020 and to date the store is yet to install the product. No one communicate any update on progress. I emailed the sales person last week and to date he hasn't responded to my email.

I contacted the Fourways branch and a salesman visited my house.He seemed knowledgeable and said he would email a quote.One week later I called to ask where the quote was.I was told by the other salesman that he would investigate and get back to me.A week later I am still waiting

Although we had a previous back experience with Calore Fourways listed on a previous review I have been incredibly impressed with the lengths they went to , to resolve this matter. Full marks for their outstanding reaction to my complaint. I am in the process of concluding further business with them as we speak.

Similar experience to the review below. Paid for the stove weeks ago. Confirmed installation date which was then moved with hardly any notice. Still waiting for delivery and installation and some form of compensation other than an insulting offer to try out a braai product while I wait. Might change this review post installation but in the light of the correspondence received to date it's unlikely.
