Affordable prices, very neat and clean store

Service was gud. Can you please find another shop where there is less traffic. No safe parking

The store is clean and has different Floorplan compared to other shop selling similar items. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The guy who assisted me even advised me on better products in terms of quality and/or price.On the contrary, to find parking close to the store is virtually impossible. It would be great if they could find a better location for their shop.

On the 29th April 2022 I purchased blankets on cash basis ... They made my order and told me to wait for few days they will call me or SMS me.. on the 5th of may I recieved a call from home choice saying I must go and collect my blankets at King Williams Town... I told the lady on the phone that I don't have transport to collect them. I asked the lady if is not possible for her to make arrangements for me to collect them from East London hence I gave address of East London .. she said they can't do otherwise now it's too late I must go and collect them there at King William's Town or I must allow them to cancel the order and start it from the beginning... the way I was angry I disagreed.. I said I'll rather go and collect them myself to avoid more inconvenience and I'll will never purchase any item from Home Choice any more.. they said it's fine.... so I was not happy at all with their attitude hance I purchased them cash the money is already on their side... the way they treated me is not good at all as I'm their old good customer...

Very bad customer service. Item ordered was delayed and there was no communication until I phoned them.
