Our company used Service Excellence at a weekend long event and all the staff were incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make the event a success and to make us the client happy, no job was too much. Kyle did a phenomenal job, it was a pleasure working with him and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend Service Excellence as their team can do it all!

We recently had Service Excellence at our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough. The attention to detail was phenomenal, we were never without a drink or food and the staff were constantly smiling and happy. Nicky’s managers were beyond amazing and ran the night with such ease.A must for all events.

I cannot recommend this company more highly. We were blown away by the service we received from Twofold Service. The waiters, scullers and barman went out of their way to make everything run smoothly. And on top of that, their smiling faces served the guests quietly and efficiently. Nothing was too much for them. Words don't really do their service justice!!!!

I personally cannot fault Nicky, Kyle and all the staff for the most incredible service provided at our daughter's wedding in the Midlands. Nothing was too much trouble and Kyle the floor manager was in constant contact with me assisting where ever he could. Your business and staff are too incredible. Congratulations and may you grow from strength to strength.
