I received the best service from Francois and team, I bought a new property and sold my existing property through them and it was within days that they sold my house.Super professional, efficient and super friendly. Especially since having to deal with other agents, they definitely are worth 5 stars.

Dealt with Travis Smith in November 2022. This guy was dishonest from the onset. He listed the property at a certain price and we submitted an offer for the full asking price. He then came back and said the owner wanted more than what was advertised. After purchasing at the revised, higher price, Travis promised to attend to the long snag list, which he never did. When we took ownership, we discovered that the seller had removed the inverter (fixed feature). Travis initially said he would get the matter resolved, but he just vanished. Stopped taking calls and ignored all efforts to contact him. All in all, a very bad and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

The more people I speak to more I realise just how fantastic and great a job Fine & Country (Francois and team) did for us! They were professional and had an excellent understanding of the market and what the best way was to show our house and who to attract! We managed to sell our house within two weeks of listing - it was pronominal! Thank you for your help!!
