Great website and online presence. Follow through to service customers' requirements needs improvement. I filled out the online order, received a call back the next day. The call was cut off. I called back after 15 minutes. I provided further clarity on the solution required. The promised final call back and/or final quote just never happened.

They are the best vehicle audio shop in town. I was looking for a Bluetooth connector & they sorted it out in less than an hour.

With a few days off, I decided to attempt an installation of a system in my new Jimny, which went from simply upgrading the factory speakers to a full insulation of the cabin and the addition of an active subwoofer under the passenger seat. Sailesh and his team not only advised me on the most suitable products for the build but gave me invaluable advice based on their experience, from troubleshooting the wiring, selecting the right extender brackets and some of the finer details to achieve a perfect result as I went. They couldn’t have been kinder or more generous with their time and expertise. I’ve installed quite a few sound systems in cars over the years but this is by far the most comprehensive and highest quality I’ve achieved. Thank you so much, you’ve got a customer for life. Horrible service they gave me the wrong fuse for my amplifier and I even said this won't burn my amplifier? and he said no don't worry and true as bob it burnt it .now I'm left with a burnt out amp and they say no it's not the fuses fault it's something else when I got it checked by someone else all my wiring is perfectly fine and the other people said it was definitely the wring fuse if too high current amperage for the amp to handle . They should provide me with a new amplifier or fix it free of charge for their silly mistake. it is ridiculous!!
