I would NEVER recommend this company. A few months ago we had problems due to them not giving us correct information which affected our credit rating. Now we have finally paid everything up and are trying to get ourselves cleared and we are having one problem after the other. An account which my wife settled LAST YEAR already is showing that we are in arrears still, even though we have a settlement letter! This is now affecting us in a very negative way. Guys, if you are looking to go under debt review please look for another company rather! The stress that this company has caused my wife has been unbelievable to the point that not so long ago she had an autoimmune flare up because of it. We have paid over R25 000 in fees to Credit Smart over the years and yet we are STILL running around phoning and trying to sort everything out from our side. This is not acceptable service at all

It has been out standing working with someone who understands my problems. Elsino has been a God send, his responsible and helpful and his advise has been spot on. His personality and dedication will always stand him in good stead in the years to come. Thank you
