My daughter ordered something online on 5 December 2022. They said they would let her know when to pick it up. Just before Christmas she went to the branch at Canal walk. She asked for a refund and the guy that helped her was very irritated with her. He told her she will be refunded immediately - into her bank account. A week later still no refund. Quickly to take your money + slow to refund + irritated staff = BAD CLIENT SERVICE. How long does she have to wait for her refund?

I bought a gaming chair for R4500, the day I assembled the chair, after sitting on it, the leg snapped, after being told by 2 different staff members that the chair is rated for 200kg, the chair broke and I don’t weigh anywhere near the said 200kg. The service I received when phoning the Canal Walk branch to resolve this issue was atrocious, I was told to wait with no decent reason. The lack of problem solving by a so called manager is disgusting and this is definitely the last time I will ever buy anything from this store! Next time I’ll go elsewhere! Very quick to take my money but no process in place to sort out issues that were clearly created by a manufacturing defect.

Fantastic store, that went above and beyond to assist me. Mohammed went out of his way to accommodate me and assist in resolving an order that was placed during the terrible riots happening in our country. They kept to their word, and managed to resolve everything and get me my product in way less time than I expected.

Just had a galaxy s9 screen replaced, staff was very helpful but after receiving the phone, i drove straight back to northern cape cause i was in a rush. When i got home i took off the the new cover the guy put on my phone and my back glass had few cracks which he did not tell me about, the phone had a clear silicone case which he decided to replace with a cooler case, probably so that i would not notice. Cunning

Amazing customer service . I was in store Saterday and I had a faulty xbox headset and they informed that they will EBT it and advise once it arrives . To my surprise it was waiting for me the next day . I would also give a huge thanks to Jasmine..10/10 stars all the way

Cool store if you are into games! They have some merch and figurines as well, but their collection of games they stock is great and their prices are very often better than the prices at BT Games. They also have second hand games that are a bit cheaper if you're on a budget but still want to play the newer titles. Another option they have is to trade in your old games, and then buy a new game with the credits. Staff always greet you when entering and ask if you need any assistance. They will also let you know if there are any sales happening at the time.

A person would think that a retailer would provide payment options, such as credit card budget facilities to pay for something. I missed the opportunity to buy the current ps5 bundle in your Canal Walk store, asking the cashier to ring it up in budget, and he says the bidvest machine doesnt do budget facility??? My gosh!!

Horrible customer service. Their staff was very unhelpful and lazy. Additionally, they still use a very old school system in store which doesnt work in 2022.

So I went to buy crew 2 and it was sealed but when I opened it in the car there was a complete different game there service is so trash and the fact that he tried to argue is just absolutely disgusting. So I would advise you dont go buy from them if you dont want to be scammed he is luck my mom went to return it other wise I would of taken his fricken head off. If 0 stars where a option I would do it gladly

Ordered a game through the store's website and picked it up at Canal Walk today. Very happy with the service and pricing.
