Service Centre: This is my preferred branch for car services, as it is the most convenient. Customer service is very good telephonically and in person. Lifts are arranged when needed.New car sales: Feedback from my last car purchase. Due to lack of customer service, I left and went to the Cape Gate branch, received excellent customer service and bought a car from them instead, which was apparently stock from Tygervalley branch!

Great dealership, Just bought my first Toyota and received wonderful service. They were quick to source me the vehicle of my desire and went all out with delivery. The salesman, Steve was wonderful. Kept me up to date all the time, got me a great price and received my car before estimated arrival time from factory. Sales manager, Heidi and Jacques were very helpful too. Happiness all round.

Staff are extremely helpful. We dropped our car off for a service without booking prior and we were helped quickly and professionally. The courtesy drivers were great. I lost my wallet and the team at Toyota Tygervalley were incredibly helpful in finding and returning it to me the same day.

What bad service!! ZERO communication skills. If you don't contact them, you will get no feedback on progress. And then R15000+ and days later you get your car back with green gunk spilled all over the engin. If anyone had any pride in themselves and their work they would never have allowed the car to leave the service station.

My last (3) calls to you "where answered can we call you back?" - with this not happening. This morning I tried to book a service; exactly the same thing...still waiting for my call back 8hrs later. What upsets me more is the fact that I wanted to bet the receptionist that this would happen again
