I really enjoy this shop, have visited numerous times never had problems. Always take my friends to visit.

Terrible store. Cashier follow the kids as if they are criminals and cashiers complain about everything. Maybe there should be a sign no children in the store!!!!!

Favourite store in Hartenbos!

Worst store in Hartenbos it is the fourth time Denise has been rude to me and my autistic son. My son does not understand that they do not tolerate disabled people and children in the shop. I would not recommend any one to visit or purchase anything in the store.

We go there every year with the Voortrekkers and they have always welcomed us with open arms and friendly smiles. Thank you guys for making us, and all 300 of the kids feel special. We definitely spend the most of our money there, and it's always been great.

Myself and my husband went to the store as we wanted to purchase a necklace from them, unfortunately the necklace was out of stock so we asked if there is a possibility that they can order us one, they said no but they did place an order for the shop and the stock will be there the next day, needless to say we went to the shop 3 times for the necklace the following day as this was our last day of honeymoon and they promised they will keep it a side for us and each time we went to go ask if they have the necklace as yet because we need to be at the airport at 11am they say they don't have time to unpack the new stock but they are all sitting around drinking coffee.... So we went to the supplier directly and she advised they could have placed a special order for me the first time we asked and just called when they received it... will not be visiting the shop again...
