Terrible experience, both ladies busy capturing their work while i am sitting and waiting for 30 mins to have blood work done.I suppose it doesn't matter how sick I am, will have to wait for their data capturing to be done before shift ends.Sad

Horrible, you have Mfundo Khotsen at the front desk telling you he doesn't work there so you have to do unnecessary extra paperwork whereas I come once a week for the exact same bloods and never with this type of service.

Maybe get some shading for the guys that are standing in the rain to do the covid tests. And why only have 1 person conducting these test, allocate more people to this please then the que wont be that long
