I Purchased an android head unit from kakadi for my BMW. It's a great product and great enhancement. I struggled with some settings to get steering wheel controls to work, but kakadi offered good after sales service and assisted to fix the problem via video call. Overall I am very satisfied. Kakadi installed a new radio and rear view camera for my car within 1h 30 min. I picked up an issue with the central locking only after reaching home. I called the next morning and Kakadi came and fixed the problem within an hour from my call with them.All around, I am a happy customer.

Had a Android unit with reverse camera fitted to my Ford Ranger at the Pretoria Branch and am very happy with the service and unit. ThanksI had a problem with the unit but it was sorted out by the technicians to my satisfaction. The number plate reverse camera was faulty and replaced plus a refund given. Thanks for the service.Duma has continued to offer a good service and has taken time to resolve a few software issues.The unit works well and performs well given the spec. My only recommendation is to consider spending more for a faster unit with more memory.Thanks again

I bought a unit from Kakadi for my older BMW that brought much joy into longer road trips with my young son and his BT music. The unit worked very well for 10 months, and then the LCD screen gave up. The unit was still under guarantee so I sent it back to Kakadi. Duma from Kakadi took all effort to sort it out and eventually replaced me with a brand new unit. Understanding that these units are imports and Duma is just a reseller, he could have just messed me around, but he didn't. This portrays a man with integrity, high ethics and dignitym. I not only rate the product a 5 but the Company Kakadi and Duma a 5+++. People support this honest good company that sells a good product.Thank you Duma from my son and me.

second time buying a screen. Had a factory fault with the last one. The owner assisted me to get a new one (on their cost) and got it working. He assisted me with installation and other adaptors as well. After service is Excellent!!!! Thanks guys

Bought new head unit in April 2021,more than 2 years ago. Had a problem with sound settings through standard car unit today. Kakadi gladly assisted to resolve through video call. Excellent after sales service

Made appointment for installation the day before, drove 1.5hrs just to find out they don't have stock. Then drove 1.5hrs back.Kakadi came out to me once they had stock and installed at my home. Very pleased - great service.
