Horrible service after installation. I got endless problems with the house, the locking tab breaking, timber swelling and breaking in places, the door not closing. I regret buying from these people. They are very nice while they are selling you the Wendy house, but after you pay them and the problems start they become very rude. The manager lady - Chido - ignores WhatsApp messages - literally leaves them unread or reads but never replies and ignores phone calls. Their Wendy houses are cheap probably because of the cheap low quality materials they use, but it's not worth it - rather buy a more expensive house from a more reputable business. My door is not closing as we speak and Chido is ignoring my messages.
