Since I have commenced treatment at Bodyflex OT with Kathryn, I have seen some fantastic results with my neuromuscular injury. I have become more educated about my condition, stronger and better at managing my pain! Highly recommend this practice!

After 3 back to back illnesses, Kathryn was able to recommend a decongestant oil which I must say has absolutely worked a treat! I can finally breathe again. A friend recommended I go to Bodyflex following knee surgery, when I still had significant pain, and physio wasn't helping. I was frustrated, not walking properly, and dubious that OT could help. Within minutes of arriving for my first appointment, my mind was changed. Kathryn has helped me not just to address my knee pain, but to improve strength and mobility in other ways, as well as improving my posture; and all of this has helped my well-being. I have recently been participating in the DNS classes with Travis and Kathryn and this has been great! All of the staff in this practice are positive, welcoming, friendly and caring people, who listen well to their patients and treat the whole person, educating as well as treating. Sessions are a combination of treatment, advice, and supervised exercises targeted to your individual needs. I highly recommend Kathryn and Travis.
