Elizabeth is amazing with cats! The receptionists are super friendly and super helpful. Then there's Diego who loves a cuddle while you and your pet wait your turn to be seen by the dedicated veterinarians working there.

My dogs have been frequenting CT Citivet since 2018 and we couldn't be happier with the service. Dr George Koury is an amazing vet and human. Never thought I'd have a dog that would be excited to go to (and be at) the vet... But this is the case EVERY. TIME. (Even after a few serious visits).I would advise making an appointment as they can sometimes be booked well in advance.

Dr Cook was so professional, has a great way with my cat and all the other animals there, and is super swift and helpful. The practice is clean and tranquil. I’ll gladly recommend this practice to all my friends and family with pets.

Unless money is no object for you, rather stay away. They charged R2,381.00 of diagnostic testing on our dog Patric and did not come to a conclusion. Pay on your way out and come back for more tests tomorrow they said. This is typical of modern medical practicioners that cannot do a decent clinical exam, and you end up paying for it. The next day we went to the SPCA clinic. They took a fluid sample from Patric's abdomen, concluded it was blood from a ruptured spleen, and removed the spleen the same afternoon.
