I purchased a ring from Touch of Gold, had it for about 4 days and the stone fell out. I then took it back and they said they would send it away for repairs, it has been 39 days and my ring is now only ready for collection. FYI, It was not an expensive ring, the ring only cost R100. (Not the point, but the principal) They now tell me that I am liable to pay for repairs, which is almost the original total price I paid for it in the first place. I think this is absolutely pathetic, I don't see why I should have to pay for something that was a manufacture problem. What is the guarantee for then??? I will not be purchasing from Touch of Gold ever again, this is not the first time I have had problems with the quality of their items. Everyone I spoke to say they are total waste of time. The service is horrible and they are really not worth it at all. Very disappointed!!!!!
