Super happy with the service I received :)Unfortunately we live in times of a pandemic and rioting - so I had to wait a good month or so for the stock to arrive from overseas, but the owner kept me up to date AT LEAST once per week to let me know what's happening.Super happy with my new duvet to keep me warm during this chilly period... They delivered a dirty product and then sent a snotty email about the condition it arrived back in, and charged me for the courier to return it. And this was double my delivery fee, not sure how they calculated this. Imagine unrolling an unhygienic product onto your bed and it still costing you hundreds of rands to return it in the hopes of rather having a new clean one such as what you paid for. As much as they may offer a niche variety, I'd definitely hope there are more empathetic businesses around and would rather suggest ordering from another town than recommend them. I'm not sure how this sits well with anyone providing a service. Do they simply not consider return business as part of their offering?
