We ordered flowers two weeks ago for a memorial that is taking place tomorrow. We ordered specific flowers for the arrangement and were charged R1000. When we arrived not only were some of the flowers already wilted, but the vase we delivered not used and the flowers we asked for not included in the arrangement.
