I brought a leather suede jacket to have the sleeves tapered and was very happy with the end result! The quality of work done was fantastic. I will definitely be returning for all of my other tailoring needs :)

A laissez-faire approach to customer service and a complete inability to understand a clear instruction regarding a timeline. Both phone numbers provided do not exist, either - perhaps they’re part of the binary language which they use, ineffectively, to not relay messages to one another.I am yet to see the quality of work rendered, but if it’s anything like the service received thus far, I wouldn’t even ask them to tailor a pair of socks. -2/10 wouldn’t recommend.
