Natalie provided great communication before the service was delivered and after as well. My 14 yr old had a stroke one week prior and altho she is recovering well, Natalie was still so gentle and careful with her. In my 14yr with my Pebbles, no one ever advised on the proper way maintain her coat. Thank u for your kindness n professionalism. Definately a business worth supporting

He is a nervous boy after unfortunate dog attack 2 years ago but she handled him with great love and careShe took time to make him comfortable and he had a full groom and shave down , he looks absolutely stunning and most importantly came back happy and healthyI would not be more impressed and happy with the business and experienceWill definitely be using Natalie as his standard groomer from now on

Wow wow wow!!On a Sunday morning I wake up and find myself in a tricky situation with my beautiful senior female spaniel.Some neighbors on tableview recommended Ruff Diamonds to me and I contact Natalie straight away. Her responses were almost immediately and so friendly and professional. When we arrived at our appointment, she addressed my pup first and assessed what needed to be done. Hunny took to her straight Way and worked her magic. Natalie has a passion for dogs and grooming and making them feel so amazing.
