Just had the most delicious Malaysian fish curry. Great portion and great service.We will be back!(And we did come back... the next day and wow!! Amaaaaazing tapas, even got given the recipe for the curry, well worth a trip from Lancaster, England)

Very friendly staff who told me the prawns were from Zimbabwe..lol...but otherwise an excellent, well presnted and tasty meal!Great idea to make real homemade boere kinda rolls for the burgers and excellent beer battered hake with thick chips cooked perfectly.What a pleasure to have such lovely tartar sauce too!

Had a most brilliant evening at Black Pearl. It was load shedding and we decided to make the most of the autumn evening light and sat at one of the outside tables opposite the church. Rochelle was sensational. She was the front of house-chef-waitron all in one. The chowder was excellent! A must try! Can't wait to be back to another memorable evening!

The overall atmosphere is a bit of a letdown. We ended up choosing to sit outside. The food was really good, no complaints, a big thumbs up to the buffalo wings. Could maybe look to improve the inside layout to make it more inviting, maybe... just a thought, seeing that the food is actually great.

In an area where most restaurants are coffee shop or quick meal oriented it is fantastic to choose from a chef created menu and well prepared, presented and served food.Tasty, flavour combinations excellent service.

What a lovely experience in Bredasdorp. The cruchy sushi was devine. We also enjoyed the ribeye steak. Cooked to perfection. Cant wait to try the other dishes. Highly recommended.

Really great food and a nice outside area. Great for a relaxed sunny day with friends. They have a good bar and a nice view of the church and the main road. Couldn't give it 4 stars because the sushi was a bit wetter than I like it, and because the street was a bit too busy to give off a nice vibe. The inside looked a little too sparse and intimidating to eat inside. But the outside was enjoyable and the service was excellent.

The Black Pearl Seafood Bistro
The food was delicious and the service too. Think I'm going to go through the whole menu, one dish at a time. The sushi and prawns were prepared to perfection. Definitely my first choice for seafood from now on. Compliments to the chef and his friendly staff.
