The service at the counter/front shop was fast and friendly. The service and turn around time from the cutting workshop is pathetic. I ask for a straight cut in half for a piece of wood that was 200mm long and ended up waiting 15mins for it after I had to ask the front desk to go ckeck where my wood is.

Great service and staff. They go the extra mile to help and deliver the best service from everyone working there. Friendly at all times. Well done

I have been doing business with Timbercity then Chipbase since 2006. Since new management(branch and production) came in the customer service went down the drain. You have to drive up and down to have their mistakes fixed because you can not wait days to be collected, fixed and delivered. The offcuts of the order are suppose to be delivery and it does not come with the job and disappears. When you start arguing with them about it they deliver sawdust with offcuts to site. When you supply board for cutting production manager told me I am lying and I did not deliver it. It is shocking that customers are being treated the way in todays economic climate. Anje the sales lady are incredible and gives great and fast service

Gave me a price less than half of the Timbercity at BUCO. Friendly staff and quick to help.

Unfortunately the person that assist me did not indicate to me that some of the things on the cutting list they do not have only got know once the guy had arrived to do the work thus causing unnecessary delays

Every time I go to them I enjoy it. They have grate service and Duan always help me with a smile and experience. I like the new look of the shop entrance. My 4 project finished and all because Duan assisted me with getting the correct sizes and wood. Will never go somewhere else.
