This was a very bad experience, the service was so poor and the way the cashiers/tellers deal with clients is just as bad . . . Came in the next for completion of the job done previously one would think you will be attended to, you're given a random number and irrespective of the time you arrived. . . Arrived at 9:00 (being 5 in line) only got helped at 11:30(just for 30min wheel alignment)

I can't praise the team at Dunlop Zone Rustenberg enough! Recently, we found ourselves at their doorstep with a flat tire and damaged rims, a predicament caused by an unfortunate encounter with a pothole.From the moment we entered the establishment, we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. Despite it being an unplanned visit, they made sure we were back on the road as swiftly as possible, ensuring minimum disruption to our plans. Their efficient service was truly commendable.Additionally, they provided an excellent price for replacing the damaged rims, offering a value that seemed unmatched when considering the high quality of service and parts provided. We were pleased with their honesty, and felt they truly had our best interest at heart when providing their quote.Not only were the technical aspects handled with expert care, but the overall customer service was exceptional. The staff were approachable, friendly, and informative, patiently answering all our questions and concerns. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the experience even more pleasant.In summary, our experience with Dunlop Zone Rustenberg was nothing short of fantastic. The quality of service, speed of repair, competitive pricing, and high levels of customer care have certainly left a lasting impression. Excellent service from the moment you drive in, and the staff is friendly

Shorty's have the best prices we drive from Thabazimbi to go and fit new tyres. You can't beat their prices.

Extremely disappointed in the service which I received. Stood at the sales counter for a couple of minutes without being greeted while the sales person rudely used his phone and didn't respond when asked if he was going to assist me. Another client next to me was quoted R200 for alignment and further discounted to R100, I was charged R250 for wheel alignment". The gentleman doing the alignment wasn't too friendly either and honestly did a terrible job."

Affordable tyres all the time and the service is the best all the time and I got to sell them my products as well.
