We bought a car 1 month ago and we're told the vehicle registration certificate would be courierd. To date it hasn't. They don't respond to emails and are now ignoring calls as well.

Nice place to look for a car

Durban branch do not upload the list online whereas Cape Town and Johannesburg always have their list online. You can go there and find the list by the door but its not available online. Pity things are done remotely now.Its important to check the car first, the Auctioning guy sometimes praises the brand of the car and you find that the body is damaged so check it first

BE AWARE: Purchased 2 vehicles on their online auction. Travelled to Durban to collect the vehicles only to find that the vehicles had been damaged severly - these damages were not recorded on the photos and not declared on their website. One vehicle was rusted right through the bodywork and the other had damage to the roof pillar. As per the photos, these damages were not photographed, instead only photos with no damages were uploaded. BE VERY CAREFUL

We purchased a car in January from the DURBAN BRANCH at the end of the sale the reception told me they couldn’t find the log book we can pay and take the vehicle it’s in the office somewhere we can come back for it next week or they can post it, next week came no sign of hearing from them (so unprofessional) so we had to call them ourselves only to find out from the staff that THEY LOST THE LOGBOOK, spoke to the branch manager he gave me two options give the car back or they will make a duplicate logbook for me and it will take 1 to 3 weeks I agreed to wait because I already liked my car waiting 3 weeks is fine even though that was so unprofessional of them to sell a car and lose a logbook more than 3 weeks have passed and they still don’t have my logbook! Tried calling the manager today who assured me it will take 3 weeks he is not answering his phoneHow can such an establishment sell vehicles with no logbook? How can you promise your customer you will have the necessary paperwork in a certain time frame and not live up to your word ? It was my first and last time buying from here sadly as this stress is not what one needs just to purchase a vehicleYou better of paying the extra thousands at a dealer and have peace of mind knowing everything is in order when you drive your car out !!

Bought a dsg jetta, car had gearbox issue, fault was not declared, notified burchmores, the seller did not notify them of the fault upon their investigation, they gave me enough money as a refund to sort the problem out within a few days with no runaround...good place to buy a car...
