A disgrace of a company. We were informed by our neighbours about the ongoing alarm sounds that Vimba couldn’t notify us of. We rushed from where we were and only to found them not here. They even had the audacity to tell us they came and checked and “everything was okay”. Lies !This was on Christmas Day imagine!!!Poor work ethic without being transparent with their customers. Find alternatives to avoid disappointments.

I was at Steve Bhiko hospital in Pretoria and the security guard at reception was sitting on her phone ignoring every one when we greeted her she responded very annoyed what do you want i think for a public hospital that is very poor service
