The staff is not helpful at all, I felt that they don’t want to work so I left, I’m sure If there was a helpful guy I would buy my fabric as I know they have massive place

The staff are really amazing at Sullies. You get a very personal service and always with a positive, can Do, what else can I help with attitude from EVERY SINGLE staff member that has attended to me. Taking into consideration that this shop's staff work as a team that is saying alot. Go see for yourself. You will be assisted with patience and true helpfulness like you've done them a favour, until It's time to pay and you realize that you're being done the biggest favour of all. They need to put a sign up everywhere in the store that the price they give you is EXCLUSIVE VAT. I was very disappointed when I paid my fabric and find that the vat was needed to be added.

Walking around the store no staff greeted or asked me... Hi can I help you". It was like they thought I knew what I was looking for and where to find it. The staff was more interested in arranging their stock. Not a good customer experience for me I rather walked out and went to competitors."
