Technical support is USELESS, except for THOKOZO, that's if You get through, they ALWAYS try and spin some sort of story especially if they think that you don't know what you are talking about... Once you ask them a few simple questions about where the line of sight is, what is the upload and download speed, why they don't flush the ports... Then they even more CONFUSED.... FIBRE STREAM get your @#R& together...Its more OFF then ON!!!Catch a wake up FIBRE STREAM, Thokozo can't run technical support on his own!!!

Professional scam artists. Offer you certain perks to persuade you to take a contract with them. But decline to mention that they can and definitely will change that leaving you forced to pay outrageous cancellation fees. Absolute appalling that South Africans get ripped of at almost every single turn.

I have no idea? you guys don't even respond to your bad reviews - that says a lot... or in your case it says NOTHING... SCAMMER ALERT /WARNING! Don't even waste your time here. These guys are SCAMMERS. They will collect your money and not pay the infrastructure owner. You will be left in the dark without internet. That time they wont tell you that they are suspended. My two accounts were kicked out first by Vumatel last year and now by Open Serve. All they know is to lie and dropping your calls. They masterINCOMPETENCE.My advice to you: MOREFE RUN FROM !!!

Save your time and hard earned money. Poor network coverage - constant outages - Vodacom LTE faster- better - cheaper! Even cancellation fees when your contract is up BEWARE!

After waiting 6 months for Fibrestream to collect their equipment they are now demanding R1798 for their router that has been at my premises storage rent free! Additionally charging R1798 for a R809 is appalling. If I could give -100 stars I would. STAY CLEAR!!!

Please send your guys to come and collect your rubbish at my house...That rubbish you installed is was not working.Was complaining about your internet didn't help now I am black listed how?????

Stay away as much as possible, horrible service. I never had internet, sent them emails but no resolution but I was expected to continue paying for the none provided service how pathetic.

Horrible ISP1. They seem to have 1 call centre agent so you’re most likely going to wait 1 full hour on hold before they can get to you , but at least you’ll listen to the same 3 80’s songs over and over if you’re into that type of thingAt least 3 times a month the line will go off for days on end and they never seem to know what the problem is , EverI would never recommend this ISP to my worst enemy, I only use them because my complex has no feasibility for any other ISP but them.Don’t do it.

(Read this review before you make the mistake of giving your money to this scam)Google should offer a negative star rating purely for this company.Hidden costs and charges like you will never imagine.Zero customer care.Most of the time the Internet is down, often for days on end.Only thing functioning is their debt orders and ability to take your money.They seem like the best option initially..... But many have complained that (even though they say monthly cost reamisns the same) they 'ammend' the clauses to the contract and up the pric after a few months of being with them.Which brings me to the next point.Constant changes to the contract. Its Aparently the clients duty to read the ENTIRE Ts&Cs EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!Otherwise...... They sneak in things like R1999 cancellation charge even though they had said initially there are no claw backs for cancellation after 12 months of subscription.Then.... There's no way to reject any change to the contract. Basically you're trapped into this scam. And they can increase monthly costs as and when they please, and add any amount of charges they want to (without informing you AT ALL I may add) , without you being able to opt out.They deserve to be disbanded. Not a company or ISP. Definitely a scam. Stay far far far away.If anyone knows any official medium to complain about companies of this nature please assist.
