The bath too narrow for elderly people. Taps installed at difficult position..right in middle of bath..Should be front or back. A shower over the bath should work better.. Maintenance not properly done. Plug dont have a top for instance. Couldnt use fan. Soap was empty. Looks nice but can suggest proper maintenance. Price too high for what we got. Staff sleeping at entrance, can easily bypass...they wont wake up. At nice spot, we got there after 7pm.and no food at the hotel. Maybe they must keep a fridge and microwave for emergencies.

There was no extra blanket but I called the host and it was delivered immediately.The adaptor plug is too far from the bed, I couldn't work in bed.The loadshedding schedule should be put up just for courtesy. Otherwise it was a short and pleasant stay

For its location it is convenient. We usually go there to avoid sleeping at family members houses and inconveniencing family while in Ga-Mashabela. The rooms are spacious, with fully functional aircon and TV however, there are minimal accessories, the hot water can be a problem and it does get a little noisy.

Poor service, no telephone etiquette, blankets not clean, customer service very poor, place in the middle of nowhere, no mosquito repellent provided, 1ply toilet paper, staff very noisy in the early morning screaming across the room to each other, do not recommend. No hot water from taps. Highly disappointing

Made reservation 4 days with confirmation number but was offered a room that was less then I booked as my room was given to someone else. The room was smelling of mold, beds where not up to standard but that is expected due to the price of that particular room. I ended up having to find an alternative place.

TV not working noisy the whole night , people knocking in our doors trying to open while we trying to sleep really we had a terrible night cant recommend this place to anyone we were up the whole night.

I would not advise anyone to come. Very poor condition. Toilets are shaking. There are no shower doors. The whole place need a proper maintenance. There dstv decoder most of them are not working at all.
