Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional....Dr vundla really needs to change the guy at the desk as when approached as to why my appointment is delayed for over an hour.... he cannot even help me by answering my question yet ignores me....Really unhelpful and I'm disappointed as a fellow client

Very disorganised. I sent a referral email at the beginning of December. They hadnt even shown it to Dr.Vundla. Had an appointment on the 9.1 @ 11h30. The Reception did not even give me a form to fill out. We eventually walked out. They phoned me 4 hours later saying I had an appointment. Told him that we were there. It was then just an ok ok ok and putting the phone down. Not very professional I have to say
