Im gald i found this Internet service provider they give Best service.

Not the best, it does work but the connection not the best. Used my mobile data type this review.

Yhooo I don't even know where to begin! The manner in which your agent speak is so disappointing no please hold on while I check for you thats my first frustration cause it's as if they doing you a favor just cause they know it people of color! I haven't had internet connection since Sunday I'm told my line is not active whereas I paid for 40days on the 25th gosh it's an inconvenience to have to call them n they give you attitude with no manners mxm can't wait to go back to a service provider that values their customers n treat them with respect.... in your reply you state such nonsense did I say put me first? U lack customer service and etiquette what was the reason for my line to be disconnected in the first place that's what you should be apologizing for n not tell me useless things as if I asked to be put first

Not the best ISP at all. Moja was good when I started with the R19 promotion. Now things are really bad!!! I've complained a million times about the intermittent disconnections. I was told all sorts of stories.It is now the third day without internet. This has affected how I run things on the internet including my business.I am totally dissatisfied with Moja's service. I feel robbed. Money is getting wasted paying for these disconnections and buffering.

It’s been weeks since I applied and they haven’t installed for me, time they’ve even deducted the money
