Poor customer service. I needed a sample made which would take a junior artisan about 5min to make. I was given a time for when the sample would be ready, I arrive and it wasn’t ready. I was then given another time (the next day), I arrive and it wasn’t ready. I then arrive later that day and was told it wasn’t ready. I eventually just told them just leave it.I wish this company would just be honest from the start. Turning away good business in these times is scary to think.
