Mthatha is squashed together the Town needs to be expanded.You find Hardwares in every corner....Hardwares need to he grouped together.Buildings are old they need to be renovated and be clean.Town is filthy dirty,sewerages are flooded all over the Town

Worst service station ever, took a car for service at 8am and they started servicing my car at 4pm to 4:30 pm and call that a major service. Worst part, I was paying by myself. These people didn't even change brake pads, wipers, just minor things, instead they gave me a long list of some parts I need to buy myself. Makes me wonder what's really their job!. This car doesn't feel like it's been serviced at all.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. People from Mthatha rather drive to Port Shepstone or East London to get decent service. When you have been promised that they will get back to you, they don't. They also try to rip off their customers.

Took car for service car was there from.7am we went at 4.30 to collect and had to still wait 45min. on our way home our car started losing diesel I nearly lost control of my car as I was following my husband we had to get a tow truck to tow a car that had been just serviced. And worse of all our plans for weekend forfeited. T
