Their un-roadworthy trailer, (air brakes didn't work when unhitched) parked in the street started to roll away and went through my front boundary wall. The traffic officers removed his license and issued a fine and summons to have the trailer tested for roadworthiness .The Owner of the transport company came and apologized and promised to pay for the damages more than a year ago. He has not honoured his verbal commitment.
