Had an appointment with an Agent from Remax called Marié Botes for 10:00 this morning. Time was suggested by the agent.After waiting 20 minutes enquired only to be met with arrogance and passing the buck. However she arranged to meet me in 15 minutes time.I agreed to wait.6 Minutes later the agent said she's not going to make it.I informed her that I hope that I will never waste her time like that as I will be ashamed of myself.Her reply was very arrogant and she informed me that SHE WILL PRAY FOR MY SOUL.You decide whether you want to deal with this type of arrogant attitude.

I must say that we are beyond disappointed with your service as a rental agency as you have done a disservice to us. Your tenant has left us with a bill of over R21 0000 with the municipality. We repeatedly told you of her late and missed payments. The only reason we accepted her in the first place as a tenant with her bad credit record was that you guys promised that you will hold her accountable and you failed to do that.The communication with the agent was nonexistent, we literally had to follow up on everything with her every single month with the tenants late rental payments. Worst experience ever with a rental agency
