Called in to get information about studio hire and rates. Lady on the phone was disinterested and rude and when I had asked about what lights they have, I was told 'I'm not a photographer, don't ask me' which I think is absolutely pathetic coming from a studio hire place that specializes in this field, you're supposed to know what equipment is being let out. The woman on the phone then proceeded to scream and shout at me over the phone once I had pointed out that she was being rude. Clearly you guys are doing so well that you don't care about good customer service.
