Dodgy place selling accident damaged cars. Only reason that overall rating higher is because the owner keeps rating himself as daniel the great , daniel oba and assume that Gracia oba is all friends and family.Reply to response from owner Daniel oba.So I stand by term Dodgy..... Google has the policy that you are not allowed to review your own place to that is called conflict of intrest so that would go for family and employees working there. Then see the 3 review from the owner Daniel oba so did you sell yourself a car? So clearly I have my facts right...and not hating just trying to make sure people can see what they getting into.So no comments on the accident damaged cars ?So just because you moved from 263 main street to 93 grayston drive does not change your business. So now just dodgy in a better area.I hope that cart blanch or the Devi show looks into you. As there is certainly stuff that is not above board.

I landed at the worst dealership. No professionalism at all. My application took a WEEK to be approved, there was no contract so I can read up the terms and conditions. I was just told the interest rate is high, and I should withdraw my application. I had already paid my 10% deposit. After being told to withdraw my application, dispite the fact that I am approved, Daniel told me the dealership (Chat2cars) and the finance house are closing for festive season the following day. I now have to fight for getting back my deposit and Daniel is hiding. His phone is constantly off, there's no one at the dealership. Listen! Chat2cars deserves no good rating from me. The experience was terrible. I will get my R13 000 back though, I'm not backing down.

If I had the option of giving no star, I would. They expect you to apply for finance before bringing a vehicle from their so called other branch for you to view. Pathetic.

I bought a car on Thursday afternoon, no spare wheel, no license disc,no paperwork,eg logbook, proper invoice and when l asked for a spare wheel,l was told l can't get it because l've been given a discount of 2k,and license disc ,l was told stories. The bottom line is, l had a bad buying experience with this institute

Not your regular Online Car Marketplace. This car dealership is located at one of the profound places in Johannesburg (Sandton) which adds to the authenticity of the business. My experience there was good. The transaction was transparent and all my questions regarding the car I wanted were addressed. The car wasn't sold for more than its worth as I had to compare the price with other dealerships. The car I was sold was in good shape and through my observations, the other cars that were on display were equally in good shape.Thank you for the warm welcome.

If I could rate less than one star I would.Daniel sold us a car with 65000km on the clock yet invoice says 95000km. Then the car has problems starting, with less than a week purchased then he promises to find a technician close to my area, 5 days later he hasn't done nothing and when I question that he asks me how is the car his problem. Don't waste your money with these people
