Personal dry cleaners have a family feel about the business, there isn't a rush about the place, time taken on individual customers is first choice, a touch of the old style of service. They are quite thorough in dealing with the articles offered up for cleaning which in my experience has paid dividends. They are honest in their assessment and expectations of the end results but make sure everyone is on the same page as far as what time, day and date.

I asked not to put my stuff in the tumble dryer and they put it... shrinking my clothes. I asked numerous of times pls dont tumble dryer but they do it anyway. I get my clothes back and there my nike socks are missing 2 pairs sorry but they under value and treat my clothes as if its not important.. im upset at the quality of how you managed my clothes ive got qualifications and can run a laundrette so i know what goes on in there

AMAZING service! My clothes were SO soft and SO clean. Side note: I brought my clothes in a black plastic bag, and when it was returned it was neatly folded and packaged in brown wrapping paper and my black plastic bag was discarded (the packaging was lovely, and I did not mind at all). Although, I'd recommend bringing a reusable bag to put it in (especially if you've got a lot of clothing) and emphasize that you would like your laundry put back into the bag!

Personal Cleaners in Fish Hoek is a fabulous laundry service! 1kg load is 29kg (April 2023) and their staff are very friendly. Really easy to drop off and collect later, sometimes that day or the next day (depending on the time you drop off). Would recommend them as good value for money and a great option for Fish Hoek and surrounding areas.

Asked for a quote but they proceeded with the job. Now being threatened that my curtain will be used as a rag if I do not pay. Very rude, unprofessional owner - do not use this company.
