Had the best Customer Service from Samantha at Edgars Greenacres.She was very helpful after I had a bad experience of purchasing an item online.To Kribashnee at Customer Service you have been very helpful aswell and thanks to all the email correspondence ive received from you.Thanks for all your help.

Poor service by their employees

Dealing with management was an absolute joy. I was received with a hood heart and redpect. The store manager and her management team deserves appreciation and praise. They do a great job!

Love to shop here and the staff on the floor are very much helpful. You may find that there is a sale at every part of the store, be ready to shop.The service delivery though is not the best, the last time there were only two checkout till points that were opened yet there was a long line of customers waiting to be assisted. It was around its peak point at 13:30pm - 15:00 pm

Beautiful, lots of discounts. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife which cost R279.95 but reduced to R70.00 when I got to the cashier I had to pay only R52.50 now that is a massive discount.

I had a birthday voucher which the assistant could not excess on the system using first my ID number and then my cellphone number.To compound the problem, the item I wanted to purchase barcode was not found on the system. After nearly 20 minutes standing and watching the assistant and the supervisor trying their best to assist me and attempting to correct the anomalies on the system I left. Kudos to the assistant and her supervisor for their professionalism but unfortunately not to the new tillpoint program or the new owners of Edgars.As a youngster we had excellent service at Universal clothing and Sales House etc but the new owners of Edgars need to drastically improve their systems as the lines are long and most customers complain about the tillpoint system or inaccuracies in their accounts.I
