Terrible communication and service this has happened twice now where parts of my car have been removed and stolen , first it was a spoiler and mirror caps now my front bumperAnd no one seems to know where they could have went missing and cannot give me any answers . Poor and unprofessional from TAC.

Kevin was amazing. His care and understanding of my situation was heart warming. Value for money - excellent and the same applies to service from his staff. Security is foremost when handing over (in Cape Town) and collecting my car (in Durban) . I had a badly bent hubcap, which i noticed, had been repaired, on collection of my car. I can highly recommend using Anywhere Carriers

They damaged my car, seems like they used it. The car seat was ripped by some sharp object in the pocket of someone who drove the car. They refused any responsibility for the damage and says it falls outside of their insurance. They stopped replying to my emails when I tried to query further. If you look up reviews you see a lot of people have had similar experience, I would avoid this company.

Very very disappointed in this company. My daughter had her vehicle moved from Cape Town to Durban and on taking delivery in Durban it was established that her spare wheel had been stolen. All documentation is on record that the vehicle was dropped off with a spare wheel and no spare wheel on arrival. She has been told the company is closed till the 9th Jan and only then will her claim be investigated. How on earth is she supposed to drive without a spare wheel till the 9th Jan 2023? This is very unsafe, irresponsible by the company! Its not acceptable at all.Agree... It is absolutely unacceptable particularly when the roads are so unsafe re: all the potholes etc. . No respect for this company for not immediately resolving the problem that they created due to the theft when the car was in their possession and for their blatant lack of customer care and safety...
