This company is fraudulent, dont use themI Financed a bike through them in March 2023,I had a couple of issues sent the bike back to the dealer that sold the bike, they fixed the bike without a problem, but said they cant release the bike as CarsDirect has not paid them for the bike. After about 35 emails on a daily basis no answer, calling and no answer, I have tried to contact the owner Deon, no answer.The bank paid over funds the 30th of March to Cars direct, but for some reason CarsDirect has run away with the money its 2 months now, and I dont know if the company is still open or they have just changed their business model to stealing money

I would recommend them above any other dealership, especially for a first time buyer from CPT. The whole team really supported us in finding the right car and practiced great patience, especially Roelof. Cars Direct was kind enough to drive the car down to Cape Town and I got it in a great condition, a big thank you to Pierre for delivering our car. 10/10 I would recommend!

I bought a car in June 2021 assisted by a gentleman by the name of Philemon. When you call him he respond immediately and assist you with any query. I would definitely refer people to him. No regrets about my car.

What a pleasant experience , I phoned in was assisted immediately , and within a few hours they source a vehicle and send me picture's , Roelof assist me through the whole process of sourcing my vehicle , do the finance and actually delivering my vehicle to my door step . So I do recommend them to all my friends , this is a company still with good old value's that walk the extra mile for there clients . Thanks again to all your efforts .

On the 9th Feb 2022 I was put into contact with a sales lady in the Vereeniging branch. I decided to buy a new P-Series 4wd LT 2022 model (which had to be imported from China) and delivery to myself was due by 29 March 2022.However, on the 7th March, I was contacted by Carsdirect informing me that there was problems with the imports and they would only be able to provide me with the new P-Series in approx. 6 months.As my current car was in the process of being sold, this was not acceptable and Carsdirect offered me a 2021 model with 15 000 km on the clock.When the car was delivered on 15th March 2022 (15,706km on clock), there were 2 major dents on the wheel arches in the 'bakkie' and there was no Nudgebar which I paid for (extra).On the 11 April 2022, Carsdirect collected the vehicle and returned it onthe 12 April 2022 having repaired the 2 wheel arches.The Nudgebar is still outstanding.The service from the beginning (when applying for the NEW P-Series (finance had been approved) and did not materialize as well as the delivery of the SECONDHAND P-Series with dents and scratches has not been a good experience in my life when it should have been.

Wow!! Absolutely amazing service from Charmaine!! She has been absolutely amazing in the whole process when I purchased my car. I'm currently buying my 2nd car from her and she is the only person that I will work with.My experience with Cars Direct has been phenomenal thanks to Charmaine.

The team is transparent,dedicated, respectful, and most of all patient because as customers we can be difficult but there is never a day when me and my husband were never given attention or experienced any bad behaviour. Cars Direct made my fairytale into a reality, the process so smooth and easy. They delivered my car on the exact time they promised. And yeah am loving my baby.

I bought two cars in December 2020. A gentleman by the name of Roelof assisted me. What a pleasure it was dealing with him. The one car I bought had a major mechanical problem. Roelof assisting in getting this issue resolved.. He sadly left the company months after. I now have more issues with the vehicle but the company now is making all sorts of excuses. Particularly a gentleman by the name of Johan. I would give them one star if not for the first impression I received from dealing with Roelof.
