Used for years due to good work however took a laptop in on Monday explained that it was super urgent to get it done asap due to needing to for lectures and studying (med student cant afford to miss work) was told it would be put through as urgent and would take 3 days.... day 5 now, was just informed it hasnt even been looked at, no apology no explanation
