2n2 Properties

I was sold a property by 2n2 properties, the selling agent was Maphefo Mkhatshwa (also the owner of 2n2 properties). When she sold me the house, I was not made aware of the 'family issues' pertaining to the house, and now I have people not wanting to move out of a house that is now in my name. She continued to lie over the course of 6 months about the progress of moving the family out of the property. When you need her to answer your questions, she will duck and dive and say that she is busy. I hired a lawyer to assist with eviction, once she realized that we have started the eviction process, she acted as an individual that wants to help. She however arranged a group of woman who posed as people who assist with evictions, held a meeting between the ladies, and promised to execute the eviction. She continued to lie by saying the house has been vacated, when we went to the property we found that the eviction never happened, and the family still resides there.I would advise anyone attempting to buy or sell a property to STAY AWAY FROM 2N2 PROPERTIES if you want a stress free property sale. The selling agent is deceitful, and full of tricks. you will lose your money, as 6 months later im paying a bond for a house that i cant live in.
