This is the place to stay when you are in Lady Grey! We attended the Lady Grey Passion Play in April and stayed at Comfrey Cottage! This place exceeded our expectations! Breathtaking mountain view. The Cottage was neat and clean. It had everything we needed and more! Lovely breakfast! We are now also a fan of the famous Oats! 5 star Hosts! Thank you Gerda and Grand for your hospitality! Hope to visit you again!

Neat, warm and cozy, loved the complementary Sherry. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast! Beautiful surroundings, will definitely want to stay there again even if it snows in November :)

Great stay. Sizeable rooms with Queen beds. Friendly service and great breakfasts. The Alpacas were a treat to observe. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place. Enjoyed Grant's and Gerdas hospitality no end.And, if you're in need of things bicycle tourers need, it's the place to go in Africa.

Most enjoyable stay. I had a whole 3 bed cottage go myself. Well equipped self catering unit. Owner and staff Very friendly. Lady Grey has limited food stores and they are pretty basic. Roads, both tar and gravel in poor state, but in fairness it rained a lot during my week. Just the place to chill out and listen to naturre.

Comfrey Cottage lies right at the foot of a mountain in the most beautiful town of Lady Gray. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and the team at Comfrey make sure you have everything you need. The best of my stay at Comfrey Cottages was the breakfast. Farm fresh ingredients and the best Oats porridge you will ever have!

Well staying at other B&B's becomes problematic...Because this one is so excellent! Brilliant facilities in the cottage, supper friendly and engaging owners/hosts.We enjoyed mountain biking the pass, swimming in the dams and hiking into the mountains behind Comfrey Cottage.Kudos to Grant and Gerda.

Lovely food. Friendly team working at the cottages. Fruit trees galore.... They just hope for rain. And an amazing climbing experience to be had by those that would enjoy it.
