My mom recommended Roxanne, and I tried to get a booking and she was fully booked. I asked to be put on a list in case there is a cancellation. The receptionist called and i went to see Roxanne today. She is young, kind and passionate, sensitive to the fact that i am afraid of dentists. The extraction was soooooo good i have never experienced that with a dentist, no pain not even discomfort. She is also reasonably priced. i would have paid an arm and a leg in Johannesburg. My sincere thanks to her receptionist as well very sweet and accommodating. These ladies are Empangeni best kept secret.

Firstly I must confess...I don't like Doctors..they scare me....with all these..knives and tools and spades and hammers they carry....even worse when they want to use that on my mouth?! my teeth? no ways but had no choice as I needed to fix 4 of my of teeth. I didn't know her before..but thanks to google... Contrary to my expectations (pain and panel beating inside my mouth) she was so gentle, so professional and very polite and welcoming. She explained each and every step that she was doing, from we are just praying water on your tooth" to "I am inserting a paper to hold the filling"

DR Carlse was both pleasant patient and professional. Her reception is also so efficient no anxious waitIng or queing. Both my kids had a great experience in her rooms the one who was treated and the one who waited. I would go back any day.
