What a disgusting experience..! I had a meal at the Cascades branch and was expecting a similar experience. I ordered via Mr D. The order arrived in Panarrottis bags and packaging which was confusing to start with. I could not work out of the nuggets were chicken or fish or cardboard. The chips were not cooked and were absolute slop. My family could not even have a mouthful . A total waste of money and time and I am amazed that store operators can even send disgusting food like this out to the public. I will ensure everyone knows what to expect from Pizza Pug.Shocking Experience

Absolutely shocking and false advertising-if you ordering online .our kids wanted pizza pug and the pizzas arrived in a Panarottis pizza box -don’t fall for this -these are the worst tasting pizza in ballito we have had

Horrible horrible, tried them for the first time, double cheese pizza deal. Well scared to know what the standard pizza looks like if double cheese has hardly any cheese on it. Ingredients can only be seen here and there and pay for extra garlic and received none.
