I feel like the shop doesn't have a buyer someone that would get what people need around the shop is huge but has less items I think they can make good sales if they can find a buyer who would put necessary grocery that people need in the shop

I went to go fetch a ticket I had purchased on the wen for computicket. No one knew how to retrieve it. I had to call the computicket . I had to use my own airtime to call Computicket to compensate for their inadiquasies. The staff really only know how to sell lotto tickets everything else is just complex mathematics to them. I will know not to go there next time

Pretty convenient for the location and economy of Ga-Luka. Good prices too and an impressive range of products, but the Money Market facility needs developing to cater for all various customer needs!

Cramped and doesn't allow easy movement which can lead to claustrophobia. Improper shelf packing and packing trolleys are left on the isles which restricts movement. Only opening a few tills on a busy day which leads to overcrowding. Low stuff availability. It seems like there is a dysfunctional management. Lack of ATMs which is understandable due to the recurring atm bombing but when asking for a cash back withdrawal at the till,normally you'll find that there is no cash available. Overall the shop doesn't offer good shopping experience and sometimes can lead you to regretting why did you come to the shop in the first place
