LANCET LABORATORIES
Went for blood tests on 18.08.2022. Reception was empty with one patient waiting already 15 minutes with no one attending to her. It took them 20 minutes just to get her results she came to pick up for her husband. 3 people in the back area talking and laughing which is great for them but I had to go to the back area to ask for help and notify them that they had customers. I was informed that both nurses were attending to patients and I should wait but that one nurse would be with me shortly. The medical attention was professional but the administration experience was very poor. Staff should be sensitised to the need for better communication.

Whent there for an hiv blood test and the experience was very bad. They do not want to help you and look for excuses not to help you. Then when you go for test you do not feel safe and arent assured everything is safe, clean and new. Then when you get results they tell you to your face sarcastically that they are not obliged to tell you the results and then they ignore you. People are treated like cattle. No wonder SA is dying from hiv. No one will in their right mind go through such treatment. No respect or service at all unless you pay thousands

Went for covid test and they mixed up my results with another patient. Wasted money and now can't trust their results
