UPDATE: Upgraded the rating from 1 to a 5. The response by Veldskoen to this issue has been simply outstanding! In a world where making the sale takes precedent over quality or customer service, it's refreshing to find a company that owns up to mistakes, takes active & immediate steps to remedy the situation and keeps the communication open. Well done Veldskoen!Was given a pair in Dec 22 and they have fallen apart in Jan 2023...eish, as the classic Saffa saying goes. It's clear that despite the robust look, the soul is simply glued with what appears to be a pretty measly amount...not what you would expect from a rather pricey pair of slops. We are going down the rabbit hole of the three month warranty, let's see how that goes!UPDATE: A very quick and professional response from the team at Veldskoen. Failed pair collected already. They will be sent for inspection and hopefully be used to remedy the issue (mine are not the only ones that have failed in the same way in our family). So far so good.

A friend told me about these shoes, and they are great! Kim helped us out today. She is incredibly friendly, personable, nice, happy. Best customer service, top notch. She helped me with the shoe sizes, since they normally run a bit big. Highly recommend you check out this place, and ask for Kim to help you. The location on Google Maps is correct. When you approach, drive real slowly, it's an iron gate door where they will need to buzz you in.

After seeing and hearing about how amazing your shoes are from local friends we all wanted to give them a try! We wandered in as a group of six. All wanting one or more pairs each. The staff here were so accommodating! We even got to learn a little about the company and the DHL limited edition design came about. I cannot wait to wear these tomorrow! Even happier to know we can even get these in the USA!

The shoes are really good and comfortable but in my order are 2 things missing. I had a little bit of a problem to get in touch with them because of the busy christmas and New years days but then they really helped me out and were super kind.Thank you!

Best shoes I've ever owned, they're comfortable, and most importantly, durable. This is a photo of my shoes after 4 years of use vs a new pair that I got today, and my wife's pair, worth every cent considering how long they last. Thanks guys, appreciate the quality of your products.

I just want to commend you on the great service and being able to deliver my sandals before we go on holiday. I love my new flip flops and the quality is superb! Can definitely recommend to anyone!

I have just bought my 3rd pair of these Veldskoen.They are Good Quality and a perfect fit PROVIDED Ladies take one size smaller than their usual shoe size, I'm a size 7 so I take a size 6 in the Veldskoen. Rather Buy this than the Cheaper Brands.
