What a waste of our time. So their google page states that they close at 14:00 on a Sunday.But no wait on the door it says 13:00.Thank you for the FALSE advertising.

This is yet the second time that they have decided to close early and not allow anyone in. Is it custom to refuse customers and close whenever you want even though the times on your door is clearly stated?? Refusal to sell medicine with a script because you are there 10 minutes on this occasion (previously 17 minutes) before closing? DISGUSTING

Friendly, fast and efficient service

Very rude security woman. They closed 18:49 and a customer stood in front of the door wanting to come in but the security woman kept yelling, in the most rude tone she has, CLOSED repeatedly. The lights were off before I even left the store. Also mush more expensive than other pharmacies. Not even in an emergency will I go here. Sorry

Today 19/08/2021 I received not a satisfactory service. I arrived to collect my repeat medication and informed the assistant that I needed all my medications except one.When I arrived home I noticed that I was short of 2 items. I informed the assistant of the discrepancy and she stated that they were out of stock. I received a replacement for one and there was no replacement for the other. The lady did not even apologise for the inconvenience. She did not even tell me if there was any levy that was payable. I enquired at the tellers about the levy. I have always paid below R200 for the levy but this time it is above R200. The levies at this facility are high.
